ideal body weight for my hight 59 kg (130 lbs)


1 g per pound of body weight of protein  130 * 4 = 520 kcal 

1/2 g                                            fat         130 * 9 = 585 kcal 

1 g                                                carbs    130 * 4 = 520 kcal 

                                                                                  1625 kcal


with 145 lbs / 65 kg 1812 kcal

with 160 lbs / 72 kg 2000 kcal


the four pillars of the satiety per calorie theory: 

PROTEIN, FIBER, CAOLRIE DENSITY, HEDONIC FACTOR

also viel Protein, viel Ballaststoffe, viel Gemüse und eher langweilig im Geschmack 

da bin ich schon recht nah dran

was sind meine hedonischen Probleme?  Rote Kraft, Obst, Karotten

people eat least at 50% protein 40 % fat  10% carbs


I eat at the moment 40% protein 20 5 fat 40% carbs
